These Terms govern your use of LidControl, including the LidControl app, website, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
License Grant
Subject to these Terms, LidControl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use LidControl for your personal or internal business use.
License Restrictions
- You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or distribute the app except as expressly allowed by law.
- You may not reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
- You may not bypass licensing, technical protections, or usage limits.
Purchases, Licensing, and Refunds
Paid features may require a license key. Checkout, order processing, and license services may be handled by third-party providers and may be subject to those providers' terms and policies.
Commercial terms that may change over time (including price, activation limits, and plan details) may be shown at checkout, in your receipt, or in related product documentation.
No refunds except where required by applicable law.
Third-Party Services
The service may interoperate with third-party software, APIs, or infrastructure (such as Apple services, hosting providers, and payment/licensing providers). Availability or behavior of those third-party services may change at any time and is outside LidControl's control.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- violate applicable law or third-party rights;
- interfere with service security, integrity, or operation;
- abuse licensing, payment, or support channels.
Updates, Changes, and Availability

LidControl is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LidControl and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Where liability limits are restricted by law, this section applies to the fullest extent permitted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are effective when posted on this page, and your continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
